Will I Get a Tracking Number?

Why Isn’t My Tracking Updating?

For some shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for tracking information to become available and start updating in their systems after the initial ship scan.

What If My Package Never Arrives?

No need to worry, we insure all our shipments against loss or damage during delivery. In the unlikely event your order gets held up in customs, lost in transit, or returned to us, we will reship your insured package via priority mail with tracking at no additional cost.
